摘要
层状过渡金属硫代亚磷酸盐(MPS3)及其夹层物由于所表现出的特殊的固体物理化学性质而受到关注。本文将主要介绍层状过渡金属硫代亚磷酸盐及其夹层物的合成、结构及固体物理性质等方面的研究状况及进展。
The transition metal thiophosphates are layered compounds with the special solid-state physical and chemical properties. Except the redox. intercalation, some MPS3 (M = Mn, Fe, Cd etc.) exhibited a unique non-redox intercalation based on the cation-exchange route. After intercalation many intercalation compounds based on MPS3 showed some novel physical properties such as ferrimagnetic, photomagnetic and nonlinear optical properties compared to the parent compounds, which makes them be the promising magnetic and photo-electronic functional or even multifunctional materials. In this article, the synthesis, structures and solid-state physical Properties of the layered transition metal thiophosphates and their intercalation compounds have been reviewed.
