机载偏振遥感仪的偏振定标 被引量:13

摘要 针对λ/4云母波片的相位延迟量相对误差为 3 %~ 5 %和一些云母片对于沿快轴和慢轴振动的光具有不同的吸收系数 ,设计了一套基于极值法的偏振标定系统 ,分析了波片快慢轴吸收系数和相位延迟量对输出光强极值的影响 ,得到了各个通道波片的标定结果 .利用上述结果 ,对理想线偏振光和非偏光进行了定标 ,其偏振度误差均小于 1% . Based on 3% similar to 5% relative errors of retarder for lambda/4 mica waveplate and different absorption coefficients for the light oscillating along the fast axis and slow axis of mica waveplates, a polarimetric calibration system of the extremum method was proposed, and the influence of both waveplate retarder and its different absorption coefficients on the output light intensity was analysed. Precision measurement results of waveplates in six channels were obtained. The polarized degrees for the ideal linear polarized light and non-polarized light were calibrated on the basis of the above results, and the relative errors were less than 1%.
