摘要
1987年4月在潍坊市下营增殖站对虾育苗场,试验钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)喂养中国对虾(Penaeus orientalis)糠虾幼体的饵料效果。牟氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros muelleri)作为对照藻饵。经过4天培养,全部成活的试验幼体由糠虾期发育至仔虾期。不同种藻饵喂养下,幼体成活率呈现明显差异。投喂牟氏角毛藻的对照组幼体成活率28.7%;单喂钝顶螺旋藻的实验组幼体成活率8.7%;两种藻混合投喂组幼体成活率17.3%。实验结果表明,钝顶螺旋藻不是中国对虾糠虾幼体的优质藻饵。
Cultures of Spirulina platensis was used alone to rear separate groups of mysis of Penaeus orientalis cultured in breeding bags. Chaetoceros muelleri was used as a control food.The results showed that survived larvae in each group all developed from mysis into post larva on the fourth day of the experiment. The survival rates, however, varied under different feeding conditions. The survival rate of larvae fed on S. platensis was only 8.7%; that fed on C. muelleri, 28.7% and that fed on both algae, 17.3%. The conclusion is that S. platensis is not an ideal food used singly for mysis of P. orientalis despite it contains abundant protein.
