摘要
探讨入世对西部高校图书馆外文文献信息资源建设的影响与对策 。
This paper deals with the effect on the information resource construction of foreign language documents in university libraries of the western China and the corresponding countermeasure after the entry into WTO,which will be helpful to the western development by supplying with better international information service.
