摘要
长期以来 ,高校的文献建设是困扰图书馆界、情报界的难题 ,经费不足是文献建设的障碍 ,但对文献功能及特征研究的不够 ,也使文献建设走进误区 。
Improving reference literature in college is a long existing problem,one reason is insufficient funds;another is lacking of sufficient study on functions and characteristics of literature.Therefore profound study on Literature alone can guarantee the information service.
