厦门海湾和邻近海域沉积物中DDT与蒙脱石含量关系研究

摘要 厦门海湾及邻近海域表层沉积物中DDT与蒙脱石含量成正相关,而底层的则成负相关。从实验和理论上论述了DDT与蒙脱粘土缔合构成相对稳定的蒙脱粘土-有机无机复合体,同时扼要地阐明蒙脱粘土降解DDT的生理毒性过程。DDT被吸附和降解主要是由于蒙脱粘土具有吸附及置换特性的缘故。 There exists a positive correlation between the content of DDT and montmorillonite in surface layer but a negative one in bottom layer of sediments in Xiamen Harbour and adjacent waters.Montmorillonite-clay has specific properties of absorption and replacement when combined with DDT, by which DDT are absorbed and degraded, and a relatively stable organic-inorganic complex is formed.The physiological toxicity is reduced of DDT in such a process. Both the process and the correlations associated with the concerned waters are elaborated theoretically and experimently in this paper.
