海洋灾害及其预报

MARINE DISASTERS UPON CHINA AND MONITORING-FORECASTING

我国是一个海洋灾害种类繁多又严重的国家。海洋灾害包括台风和风暴潮、巨浪、海冰、海啸、海平面上升、海岸侵蚀与盐碱化、溢油与污染、赤潮等引起的灾害。本文简要介绍了各种海洋灾害的概况及其监测与预报的现状。

China is a country frequently struck by disasters caused by ocean and sea, such as typhoon, storm surge, high wave, sea ice, tsunami, and plagued by sea level raising, coast erosion, salinization of soil, sea pollution, red tide, and so on. This paper presents a review on the marine and coastal disasters which hit China in the past and the current status of monitoring and forecasting development, especially that on storm surges which bring greatest damages.
