摘要
近年来 ,实验和临床研究表明曲尼司特具有抗纤维化作用 ,它是通过阻止增生成纤维细胞释放TGF β、调节其胶原合成而发挥疗效。本文综述曲尼司特在眼科、心肾血管系统、皮肤科等方面的抗纤维化实验研究和临床应用 。
Tranilast has been found to have an anti-fibrosis eff ect in the experiment and clinical application of recent years, which exerted th e effect through inhib iting fibroblast from releasing TGF-β and adjusting the collagen synthesis. Th e anti-fibrosis effect of tranilast in experimental researc h and clinical application on ophthalmology, cardionephric system, dermatology, a nd so on was summarized. It was suggested that Tranilast would be a good drug in treatment fibrous disease.
