经冠状静脉窦标测和消融心外膜旁路 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经冠状静脉窦标测和消融左侧心外膜旁路的方法学、可行性和安全性。方法:3例左侧旁路患者,先经左侧心内膜标测和消融失败,后改经冠状静脉窦内标测,心动过速时记录到提前的逆行心房电位后行射频消融。结果:3例患者经冠状静脉径路消融全部成功,其中1例位于左后间隔,2例位于左侧壁。无1例发生并发症。随访6~17个月,无心动过速复发。结论:经心内膜仔细标测和消融失败的旁路可能为心外膜旁路,行冠状静脉窦内标测和射频消融可有效阻断旁路。
