企业是现代社会的经济主体,企业经营者是企业发展的主导和灵魂。一般来说,在很大程度上,企业的兴表成败取决于企业的经营者。因此要具体地分析影响我国企业经营者成长的制约因素,然后针对我国的实际情况,在企业激励制度、用人制度、企业制度等方面进行理论和实践的创新。

Enterprises are the main body of economy in modern society, while the entrepreneurs are the dominance and soul of enterprises. Generally speaking, the rise and fall of enterprises, to a largely extent, depend on the entrepceneurs. The paper analyses particularly the restrictive factors of entrepceneurs' growth and attemps to innovate increntive mechanism, employing mechanism and enterprise institution considering the conditions of our country.
