This article firstly discusses the roots of unethical phenomenon in economy,and then raises the countermeasures against the unethical phenomenon,which involves the following:while combining with the era features,continuing to carry forward the honestycored confucian business spirit;taking the rational parts of western economic ethics;optimizing the development environment of economic ethics with the mutual efforts of government,enterprises and academic circles.
