关于我国农村养老模式的探讨

Research into China's modes of the providing-for-the-aged system in the countryside

本文探讨了农村人口的养老途径,对于完善我国社会保障体系和推进农村现代化建设,具有十分重要的现实意义。文中笔者对我国农村目前存在的几种养老模式进行了简单介绍和分析评价,提出了以家庭养老模式为主,大力发展农村社会保险、配之以社区养老、土地养老等多层次的农村养老模式。

It is of great significance to make an attempt to find the way to provide for the aged with a view to the perfection of the Social Security System and the promotion of modernization drive in the countryside. Considering the present situation about the modes of providing for the rural aged, the author, after a brief introduction and analytical evaluation on the issue, propose that the ideal approach to the question should be based on the family-type with further development of Social Security System in the countryside. Meanwhile, it is also worth noting that such modes as community-type and land-oriented type should be promoted.
