本文指出,随着竞争白热化、佣金自由化和监管法规化,国内券商的暴利时代已彻底终结,这是券商培育核心竞争力的大背景。同时,本文还指出,按照中外学者的定义,结合当前实际,券商的核心竞争力主要包括创新精神、品牌战略等四个方面。
