反思是能动的审视,检验理性认识并进行加工的过程。反思性教育理念已被纳入教师教育方案。反思是教师职业发展和自我评价的有效途径,本文从反思的内涵入手,探讨了外语教师反思能力的培养方法,并提出了建设性的建议。
Reflection is an automatic process to introspect and check rational insights.The conception of reflective teaching has been employed in the teacher education programs,and it is an effective way for teacher professional development and self-evaluation.This thesis takes the concept of reflection as the start point,discussing the approaches to explore the reflective capacities of teachers,and give workable proposals to pre-service and in -service foreign language teachers.
