实施素质教育是我国教育改革的必然趋势。近年来,郴州师专外语系在推进素质教育的实践中,明确了三个基本理论,创立了一个连锁素质教育模式,建设了一个完整的实验体系,建立了一套科学化的管理与考核制度,学生的综合素质得到明显提高,素质教育初具成效。

To carry out quality education is a necessary tenden cy of the educational reform in our country. In recent years, the Foreign Languages Department of Chenzhou Teacher's College has accumulated a series of experiences in their prac tice. They have settled three fundamental theories, established one chain-quality educ ation mode, built one complete experiment system, and have put forward a system of scientific management and examination, which result in the improvement of the comprehensive qualities of the students.
