摘要
介绍了合肥工业大学机械原理实验室为提高实验教学质量、培养学生操作和力学分析计算能力,采取提高实用性做法,使用很少的实验经费对1980年上海动平衡机厂生产的闪光式动平衡机进行实验装置改造。改造后在刚性转子上用12个相位的螺栓螺母配重平衡垫块代替了原用橡皮泥配重,并运用力学原理对配重平衡块进行计算分析。
To improve the quality of the experiment teaching and to raise the students' capability of operating experiments, dynamic computing and analyzing, a practical and economical method was used by the Machinery Lab of Hefei University of Technology. It has improved the balance machine made by Shanghai dynamic Balance Machine Factory in 1980. Twelvephase screw nuts are used instead of the previous rubber mud to counterweight for the rigid rotator. This paper analyzed this method and computed these dynamic balance blocks with the mechanical principles.
