超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术的临床观察

Clinic study on phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lenses implantation

目的 观察超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术的临床疗效及并发症。方法 对 36例 (39只眼 )白内障患者 ,分别选择巩膜隧道切口及透明角膜切口 ,行超声乳化白内障吸除术 ,同时植入后房型 PMMA人工晶状体。结果 术后 1周、1个月和 3个月裸眼或矫正视力≥ 0 .5者分别为 84 .6 2 %、87.0 8%、89.74 %。结论 超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术 ,疗效满意 ,安全、快捷。伴高度近视患者术中并发症发生率较高。

Objective To analyse the effect and complications of phacoemulsification with PC IOL implantation in the treatment of cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification with PC IOL implantation through scleral and corneal tunnel incision was performed on 39 eyes( 36 cases) with cataract.Results The uncorrected and corrected visual acuity achieving ≥0.5 was respectively 84.62% on first week,87.08% on first month,89.74% on third month after operation.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with PC IOL is a safe,fast and very effective operation.But higher incidence of complications was occured in cases of high myopia.
