高压氧在视网膜动脉阻塞治疗中的作用观察

The important effect of hyperbaric oxygen on retinal arterial obstruction

目的 探讨高压氧配合常规药物治疗视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效。方法 明确诊断为视网膜动脉阻塞患者 32例 (32只眼 ) ,全身应用血管扩张剂的同时 ,加压吸入纯氧。结果 32例 (32只眼 )中显效 2 1例 ,有效 8例 ,无效 3例。总有效率 90 .6 %。

Objective To explore the curative effect of general drug with hyperbaric oxygen for retinal arterial obstruction.Methods 32 patienes 32 eyes with retina arterial obstruction,were compressed for intaking pure oxygen meanwhile vasodilator was generally used.Resultes Of these 32 cases,there were 21 cases showing effect,8 cases having effect and 3 cases no effect with the total effective rate of 90.6%.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen have important effect in general drug treat retinal arterial obstruction.
