摘要
介绍了可调卫燃带的技术背景,建立了判断煤粉气流着火稳定性的着火热模型及热平衡模型,在此基础上,详细分析了可调卫燃带对煤粉气流燃烧稳定性的影响.结果表明,煤种和负荷变化时,可调卫燃带能够减小煤粉火焰向水冷壁的辐射传热量,提高燃烧器附近区域内的烟气温度,在低负荷时能够保证入炉煤粉气流具有足够的着火热,使煤粉火焰维持在稳定着火燃烧的热平衡状态.
The background of movable heat-insulation layer was introduced. An ignition model and a thermal balance model for analyzing the combustion stability of powdered coal (PC)/air mixture were established and hereby the effect of the movable heat-insulation layer on combustion stability was discussed. The results show that the movable heat-insulation layer can decrease radiation from flame to water wall and increase the temperature of flue gas near burners. It also provides enough energy for ignition and maintains PC/air mixture at a stable thermal balance state when load or coal rank varies.
