对中国工业化发展阶段的基本判断

Developmental stages of China's industrialization:A basic judgment

中国工业化发展阶段问题是个与相关政策制度紧密联系的大问题 ,但对此学界却见解分歧。文章认为 ,对此应具体问题具体分析 ,即应依人均收入水平、第三产业结构水平、就业结构、消费结构、工业结构、外贸结构等不同的六方面 ,分别作出工业化水平发展阶段的科学判断。

Opinions vary as to the problem of developmental stages of China's industrialization.This paper argues that this problem is closely related with relevant policies and systems and should be dealt with in a concrete manner.The paper holds that corresponding scientific judgment should be made on the respective developmental stages of industrialization in six aspects, namely,per-capita income level,tertiary industry structure, employment structure,consumption structure, industrial structure and foreign trade structure.
