论新诗革命选择极端方式的原因及后果

Causes for the selection of an extreme revolutionary mode for new poetry revolution and the effects it brought about

新诗革命具有特殊的历史语境 ,采用了极端的革命方式 ,是一次远远超过汉语诗歌承受能力的文体大革命 ,具有激进、极端的特点 ,完全打破了文体革命渐进才能有效地进行的原则 ,废弃了汉诗诗体的进化所具有的渐变传统 ,不是纯粹的文体革命 ,而是被严重地意识形态化 (政治化 )、世俗化 (急功近利地实用化 )的非诗的极端的文体运动 ,是利用了诗自身的文体革命潜能进行的政治体制改革和文化启蒙运动。这样的文体革命给汉语诗歌带来了特殊的后果 ,影响了汉语诗歌在 2 0世纪正常的诗体建设。

New poetry revolution adopts an extreme revolutionary mode in a radical way far from being endured by Chinese poetry which otherwise evolves gradually in changes in poetic style. In fact, this new poetry revolution is not a pure revolution in poetic style but an extreme political reform and cultural enlightenment utilizing the potential of China's poetic style for transform to seriously politicize it ideologically and vulgarize it pragmatically. This kind of poetry revolution in style has brought about special effects upon Chinese poetry and has exerted serious influence upon the normal development of China's poetic creation in the twentieth century.
