论强制机动车责任保险中的无过失责任

On the Non-fault Liability through the Compulsory Liability Insurance of Motor Vehicles

为保护车祸中受害人的利益 ,世界大多数国家实行强制机动车责任保险制度。文章认为在民法中机动车交通事故的责任已为无过失责任 ,为实现保护车祸中受害人的目标 。

To protect the interests of victims in traffic accide nts,most of the countries in the world carry out the system of the compulsory liability insurance of motor vehicles.The author holds that since the liability in the traffic accidents concerning motor vehicles in civil law is non-fault liability,we should dispense the non-fault liability in the future law of compulsory liability insurance of motor vehicles to achieve the aim of protecting victims in traffic accidents.
