The concept of “Three Representatives” sets forth the question and the answer to the historic task of what kind of Party we should construct and how we construct the Party under the new historical conditions,based on the scientifically systematic summing-up of the over-eighty-year glorious course and basic experience of the Chinese Communist Party.It is the typical practice of the Party's thought-liberating and truth-seaking facts.At the same time,in the course of our carrying out of “Three Representatives”,we must stick to thought-liberating and truth-seaking from facts.
