摘要
我国大学科技园建设是一项系统工程 ,文章论述了大学科技园与大学、高新技术产业开发区、高校科技产业、地方政府之间的关系 ,认为从这四对关系出发来研究我国大学科技园建设 。
The construction of science and technology park of un iv ersity in China is a systematic engineering. There will be some unavoidable ques tions during the construction.The author argues the relations between Science an d Technology Park of University and university,between High-New-Tech developin g areas,the scientific industry in universities and local governments. It is an imp ortant theory and realitic significance to study the construction of Science and Technology Park of University in China based on these relations.
