关于英语存在句的某些观点 ,语言学家们一直争论不休。主要问题在于他们只从语言结构内部去寻求解决问题的方案 ,因此有些语言现象无法解释。本文从信息传递和认知功能角度探讨了视觉感知与心里感知 ,动态突显与静态突显。并讨论了存在句中的there是有意义和传递信息的。

Linguistics have been arguing about some ideas in English existential sentence. The point is that they seek the solution only from the language structure itself so that some language phenomena can not be explained, this paper explores sight and mind perceptions, and dynamic and static saliencies by means of information transmission and cognitive function, and discusses the possibilities that there has meaning and transmits information.
