宁波奉化公益林生态补偿问题的研究

在测算和分析宁波奉化公益林保护建设对宁波奉化国民收入影响的前提下,从公益林的生态补偿依据、标准和公益林的公共商品属性以及社会性诸问题,探讨解决公益林生态补偿问题的方法和途径。

After estimating and analysing the influence of the protective implementation to public welfare forest on Fenghua inhibitants economy,means of solution to ecological compensation issues was discussed in this paper according to ecological compensation standard,property of public commodity of forests and their social statue.
