阐述图书馆实行社会服务承诺制是吸引读者利用图书馆的重要途径。对承诺的内容、运行机制和实现承诺应具备的专业基础提出个人看法。
The paper expounds that libraries implementing social service commitment system is an important way to attract readers.It gives the individual opinion of affirmatory content,executive mechanism and professional foundation of achieving commitment.
