摘要
探讨了中山大学异地办学后 ,学校图书馆实行延伸和属地管理相结合的管理新模式 ,介绍了中大珠海校区图书馆的员工编制、组织架构以及派驻员工、合同制员工和学生工的管理措施 。
The paper presents the new mode of management at Zhuhai campus library of Zhongshan(Sun Yat sen)University.It demonstrates the combination of extended management from the main library and local management from the new campus committee and introduces the library organization,staff,student staff and their management as well,emphasizing the significance of teamwork.
