摘要
中东局势紧张、巴拿马运河维修、国际恐怖活动频繁等因素加大了海运的风险和成本,寻求风险小、速度快、价格合理的大陆桥通道是很多客户的希望。根据目前新亚欧大陆桥运输通往欧洲和北美的运量还很少,这条通道还存在一些障碍的问题,指出要开发这一通道,就需要加强合作,克服困难,共同解决前进中的障碍。并就中国外运10多年来实际操作和经营经验,提出了若干发展大陆桥运输的建议。
The risks and costs of sea transportation have been increased byfactors such as crucial situation in mid-east area, the on-going maintenance ofPanama Canal, frequent international terroristic activities, etc. It is thus thecommon desire of consignees for a continental bridge channel that is safer,faster and with reasonable price. Regarding the fact that the freight volume vianew Asia—Europe continental bridge to Europe and North America is stilllimited and that there still exist some problems of obstacles along this channel,the paper suggests to strengthen cooperation, to overcome difficulties and toresolve the encountered problems in order to exploit this channel. Combinedwith the practical cooperation and management experiences of Sino-Trans inrecent more than ten years, the paper gives some advices for developing con-tinental bridge transportation.
