According to the pattern design requirement of woolen sweater and the technique condition of knitting cable stitch , the structure characteristic of the cable stitch was concluded and its knitting technology on the electric flat knitting machine was analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,the cable stitchs pattern date stock in the pattern preparation system was established and the cable stitchs design method and knitting technology was introduced by using an example.
