摘要
针对国有企业经理属性定位问题提出了新的观点:国有企业经理是界于"人力资本"和"社会资本"之间的一类特殊人力资本,因此,他们还不是严格意义上的企业家,而只是所称谓的"类企业家".
A new conclusion is put forward is this paper. SOEsmanager in transitional China is a sort of special human capital,whose characteristics lies between 'human capital' and 'social capital'. Therefore, SOEsmanager cant be called 'entrepreneur' in strictly sense,they can only be called 'quasi entrepreneur'.
