摘要
对铝合金以及高温合金薄板件成形过程中产生的缺陷进行了分析,并根据零件特征采用了不同的压边力控制工艺成功研制出了完全符合设计要求的零件。
Viscous Pressure Forming (VPF), a new sheet metal forming technology, is suitable for forming difficult-to form material thin-walled sheet parts of motor and airspace fields. In this paper, the effect of Blank Holder Pressure (BHP) on the forming process of two kinds of sheet parts is studied, and the defects occurred in experiments is analyzed. According to the characteristics of different parts, the variable BHP is adopted in the forming of aluminum alloy ladder part and the matched forming pressure and BHP is used in the forming of superalloy corrugated part. And the required specimens were manufactured successfully.
