摘要
利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对锥盒形件充液拉深的成形过程进行了数值模拟。在模拟条件与实验工艺参数相一致的条件下,得到了锥盒形件成形过程的变形网格图,并给出了在充液拉深成形过程中起皱的原因及消除办法。
The deformation of cone -box shaped part in hydromechanical deep drawing is simulated by the FEM software AN-SYS. With the real process parameters, the deformation meshes in forming process is obtained, and the reason and depressing methods of wrinkles are presented.
