摘要
介绍了汽车板局部凹痕抗力的试验方法。研究厚度、屈服强度和预变形对板材静动态局部凹痕抗力的影响规律;建立了局部凹痕抗力基本试验中临界静载荷和动能的表达式;通过动态凹痕应变速率计算,分析了应变速率对动态局部凹痕抗力的影响。
The paper describes the test method and some key factors of dent resistance of automobile steel sheet, investigates the effects of specimen prestrain, sheet thickness and yield strength on the dent resistance. The critical load expression formula for static denting is suggested by sheet elastic theory. At same time, the critical kinetic energy formula for dynamic denting is also established by sheet elastic dynamic theory. By simplified model, the effect of strain rate upon dynamic dent resistance is analyzed.
