Baoling(Youth-keeping)l iq uor was produced through meticulous preparation of ganoderma lucidum concentrat ed solution and Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor.The tests under the conditions of ro om temperature,constant temperature and constant humidity,high temperature, and exposure indicated the favorable stability of liquor quality.And the liquor quality had achieved the quality standard requirement.The liquor was suitable for colored bottles packing and it should be kept in cool and dry places with i ts duration period as two years.(Tran by YUE Yang)
