摘要
制备乙二醇溶剂中稳定的纳米TiO_2溶胶体系,将其加入聚酯合成中,分析了体系中影响纳米TiO_2分散性因素和纳米TiO_2表面修饰机理,以及纳米TiO_2-乙二醇溶胶在聚酯中的分散性。
In this paper, dispersion of TiO2 nano - particles in polyester is studied. Three reagents are used stearic acid, glycol and butyl ti-tanate for modifying the surface of nano - TiO2- Then they are dispersed in glycol solvent. There solvents are emulsified to synthesize polyester. The factors to have influence on TiO2 dispersion, the principle of chemical - surface modification of nano - TiO2 and influence on polyester are all studied and analyzed.
