摘要 利用双扩散原理,制备了纯丝素凝胶,并对其进行验证。结果表明纯丝素凝胶是一种具有多孔结构的淡黄色海绵状固体,结构中包含了无规卷曲、丝素Ⅰ、丝素Ⅱ三种不同的构象,并在低温(-4℃)结晶时,凝胶更易形成丝素Ⅰ构象。凝胶的断裂强度依赖于含水量。 Pure silk fibroin gel (P5FG) was successfully prepared by the authors according to the bidifussion principles. The FSFC was verified by SME, IR and X-ray diffraction methods. The results showed that the PESG was a light - yellow spongy porous solid consisting of three kinds of conformations of random - coil, silk Ⅰ and silk Ⅱ, and the conformation of PSFG was easily converted to a - form during the crystallization at a lower temperature of - 4℃.
