摘要
制备不同变性程度的氧化淀粉、醋酸酯淀粉、磷酸醋酯淀粉、羧甲基淀粉、交联淀粉等几种常用变性淀粉浆料,研究其变性程度对浆液、浆膜性能的影响。
In this article, oxidized, acetate, phosphate, carboxymethylated, and cross - linked starchs with different modified degrees are prerared, and performance of the size soltion and size film is also studied.
