摘要
确定了缓倾斜薄煤层条件下地下气化炉的结构参数,并测定了气化炉的密闭性能;研究了缓倾斜薄煤层地下气化过程的温度场、煤气组分、热值、流量和热效率的变化规律及提高煤气热值的工艺方法.试验结果表明,缓倾斜薄煤层的气化过程升温速度慢,热效率较急倾斜中厚煤层低,其空气连续气化过程冷煤气效率为56 4%,地下气化炉热损失率达到29 7%;脉动两阶段气化工艺是提高缓倾斜薄煤层气化过程煤气热值的一种行之有效的方法,能够获得热值在9 6MJ/m3以上的煤气,满足民用及发电的要求.
The structure parameters of underground gasifier in gently inclined thin seam is determined, the sealed performance of the gasifier is measured; the temperature field, gas constituent, heat value, flow and thermal efficiency of underground gasification process in the coal seam are studied, the technologies for improving heat value of gas are developed. The test results indicate that the velocity of rising temperature of gasification process is slow and its gasification thermal efficiency is lower than that of thick seam, the efficiency of cool gas during air gasification is about 564%. The heat loss rate of the gasifier is about 297%. The gasification technology of pulse twostage is an effective method suitable for gently inclined thin seam. The gas of heat value over 96 MJ/m3 can be obtained, which can meet the need for cooking and power generation.
