摘要
在实验室条件下自制一组碱蒸气吸附剂,在900℃高温通过与天然矿物脱碱性能的研究比较,结果得出自制样GM6具有最高的碱容量.实验表明,吸附剂对碱蒸气的吸附不仅与吸附剂的化学成分有关,还与吸附剂内部的孔结构有关.由GM6的XRD结果和反应动力学结果可见,无水蒸气条件下吸附剂对碱蒸气的吸附属物理吸附,吸附反应受产物层扩散控制;有水蒸气条件下吸附剂对碱蒸气的吸附属化学吸附,吸附反应同时受化学反应和产物层的扩散所控制.
A set of sorbents were selfmade to remove alkali vapor in high temperature. Compared with some natural mineral sorbents, GM6 was proved to be the best sorbent with the highest sodium content. Results showed that sodium content was dependent on chemical constituent and microporous structure of sorbent. Results of XRD and the kinetics indicated that adsorption process of GM6 was physical adsorption in nitrogen atmosphere and it was controlled by diffusion of a sodium resultant layer, adsorption process of GM6 was chemical adsorption in nitrogen and water vapor atmosphere and it was controlled by both chemical reaction and diffusion of a sodium resultant layer.
