摘要
螺旋藻干粉经热水抽提、醇析、脱蛋白得粗多糖,经凝胶柱层析纯化得到白色粉末状多糖纯 品。再分别经纸层析、凝胶柱层析、高效液相色谱分析表明为均一组分,并可测得单糖组成; 用凝胶柱层析法测分子量。
Crude polysaccharides were prepared from powered Spirulina platensis by hot water extraction, alcohol precipitation, deproteinization. And polysaccharide of spirulina platensis (PSP) was isolated and purified by Sephadex gel column chromatography.. Its homogeneity was examined by paper chromatography, Sephadex gel column chromatography and HPLC. At the same time, its mono - saccharide composition was identified. Sephadex gel column chromatography was used to estimated the average molecular weight.
