摘要 湘西金矿的1#尾矿库中存有大量的尾矿,尾矿中含有金、锑、钨多种金属,平均含金达4 18g/t,其中金主要以微细粒和包裹嵌布的形式赋存。为回收尾矿中的金属,在小型试验的基础上,进行了工业试验;在生产过程中对存在的问题进行了改进,取得了较好的技术经济指标。详细介绍了小型试验和工业试验的选矿工艺流程、实际生产中存在的问题及其改进措施。 There are a great number of tailings in which contain such metals as gold, antimony and tungsten etc. in 1# Tailing reservoir of Xiangxi gold mine. The average gold grade of tailings is 418 g/t. The most part of gold in tailings occurred in the form of fine grain and included dissemination. In order to recover the metals from tailings, the industrial test was made on the basis of smallscaled test. The problems existing in the process of recovering the metals from tailings were solved to reach good technicaleconomical indexes. An introduction to the mineral processing flowsheet for both the smallscaled test and the industrial test, the problems existing in the operation and the measures taken is made.
