摘要
本文根据我国能源分布和经济发展不均衡等特点 ,并结合全国电网的历史和现状 ,分析了在电力体制改革新形势下 ,实行全国电网互联的必要性 ,提出了在西部水电大开发的前提下 ,实现全国联网的初步和远景目标格局 。
According to unbalance characteristics of the energy distribution & economic developing in China.It is necessary to interconnect all domestic electric power networks on the basis of the history and current of nation wide networks during the reform of power system.The patterns of the preliminary and long term nation interconnection are provided formally in this paper on the condition of water & power developing on a big scale in the west China.Some technical transmitting networks with regard to the realization of nation wide interconnection are discussed as well.
