摘要 弓长岭井下矿是鞍钢的主要原料基地之一。该矿的中央区深井赋存有400余万吨高品位富铁矿,过去由于所用开采方法不尽合理,因而导致回收率低,贫化损失大,造成了富矿资源的浪费。为此,矿方特组织有关专家进行了分析研究,并确定采用小间隔浅孔留矿法回采并加工富矿粉的综合利用富矿资源方案。通过这一方案的实施,实现了富矿精出,充分回收了富铁矿石资源,获得了较好的经济效益。 Gongchangling underground mine is one of main base of ore supply to An-shan Iron & Steel Corp. Over 4 million tons of high-grade rich iron ore occurred in the deep level of the central mining area. In the past years, the mining methods used were not rational so as to cause low recovery and high dilution / loss of rich ore. Therefore, the experts specially organized by this mine analyzed these problems and decided the comprehensive exploitation plan that the small interval short-hole shrinkage method is used to mine rich ore and the mined ore is processed into rich ore powder. Due to putting this plan into practice, the rich ore were produced ,as well as a full recovery of rich iron ore resources was realized, with better economical benefit.
