摘要
应用高压水除去钢坏表面的氧化铁皮(俗称除鳞),可有效提高钢材的表面质量。但要实现有效除鳞,控制钢坯速度、水的流量及水压大小至关重要。文章介绍了高压水除鳞控制系统的结构与功能。指出,采用这一控制系统可获得满意的除鳞效果;使用该系统的用户反映,系统具有设计合理、操作简便、可靠性高等特点。
Using highpressure waterjet to remove the oxidized scalings on steel billet, which is called as descaling in common, can effectively improve the superficial quality of rolled steel. However, if the effective descaling is carried out, it is very important to control the feeding speed of steel billet, the flow rate of water and the pressure of water. The introduction to the structure and functions of the control system for high-pressure waterjet descaling is made. It is pointed out that using this control system can realize a satisfactory effect of descaling.The users have said that this system features rational design, easy operation and high reliability etc.
