用BTCA/ACT复合体系改善棉织物防皱整理后的强力

摘要 针对单独使用BTCA或ACT作为防皱整理剂存在的不足,提出用BTCA和ACT组成棉织物的复合防皱整理体系.通过实验得出,ACT在该复合体系中不仅可通过其热分解的产物与纤维素交联,催化BTCA与纤维素交联,还能调节整理液的pH值,可改善处理后织物的强力. According to the problems of BTCA or ACT for crease resist finishing agent alone, a mixing system composed of BTCA and ACT for crease resist finishing of cotton fabrics is suggested. The tests show that ACT can not only crosslink with cellulose and accelerate esterification of BTCA with cellulose through its thermolysis products, but also improve the breaking strength of treated fabrics. The BTCA/ACT system can impart a reasonable effect on treated fabrics both in WRA and breaking strength.
