Application of cryptography technology in the declaring-tax system on Internet

为有效提高现有税务申报系统中报税信息传输的安全性,根据网上报税的特点,在纳税信息的网络传输环节增加了以公钥算法为基础的处理措施,实现了保密性、身份验证、数据完整性及不可否认性等基本的安全服务,更好地保证了纳税人的合法利益.

In order to improve the security of tax information in the existing taxdeclaring system, the author uses a socalled technology of mixed cryptography. The method is to add some process functions based on publickey algorithm to the procedure of data transportation according to the feature of declaring tax on Internet. The result shows that some basic services such as the security, authentication, data integrity, norepudiation etc are accomplished in this system. This can safeguard the taxpayers′ legal benefits to a great extent.
