开发新的网络教室管理系统,对网络层次中底层TCP/IP协议进行了研究,论述了利用TCP、UDP协议实现网络通信的工作原理及其多线程的技术方法,并用流式传输的方法实现了网络教室中的多媒体信息高效实时的传输.

This paper develops a new management system of network clsasrooms, makes a thorough research into TCP/IP in the middle and bottom layers of network, discusses the principle to implement network communication using TCP, UDP and the multithreading method as well as applies the flowtransfersmethod model to realize high effect and real time transport of multimedia information in network classrooms.
