小电厂改造工程总图设计问题探讨

General Layout of Improvement Constrction for Small Power Plants

小电厂普遍存在设备老化、能耗高、环境污染严重 ,可靠性差等诸多问题 ,按国家能源政策必须淘汰 ,为充分利用厂址资源 ,应发挥小电厂技术改造的价值。本文以深圳月亮湾电厂技术改造工程为范例 。

In small power plants,many problems like aged equipment,high energy consumption,serious environmental pollution,and poor reliability,etc.generally exist.Such small power plants must be obsolete according to the national energy policy.For purposes of sufficiently using resources in plant site and developing the value of technical retrofit for small power plant,this paper takes the technical retrofitting project in Shenzhen Yueliangwan Power Plant as the example to probe into the effective approach of general layout for settling the problems that existed in the technical retrofitting project.
