摘要
能源是社会经济发展的重要物质基础 ,水泥工业是能源的消耗大户 ,水泥生产过程中废气余热的大量排放 ,不仅影响企业的经济效益的提高而且也是国家能源的浪费。如何有效的回收和利用余热具有重要意义。目前已有利用水泥窑头、窑尾余热发电的成功例子 ,但余热发电工程初投资大 ,周期长。对于中小型企业而言 ,希望既能利用余热解决实际问题 ,又能降低投资且周期短见效快。 2 0 0 2年初 ,我公司会同设备生产制造厂家及燕山水泥厂经过调研和反复论证后 ,设计承包了燕山水泥厂窑尾余热锅炉采暖工程 ,本工程 2 0 0 2年 8月 6日开工历时 3个月零 6天于 2 0 0 2年 1 1月 1 2日一次投炉供暖成功。
The energy is the important material foundation of the social economical development.The cement industry is the large undertaking of energy combustion.The growth of the economic results of enterprise will be impaired and the state energy will be wasted due to the large emission of exhaust gas afterheat in the process of production.How to recover and use the afterheat effectively will have profound important significance.Now there are the successful examples such as generating by using afterheat.But the afterheat generating project will need a large mount of initial coat and a long period of time.For some middle and small enterprise,the project that will give a method to solve the actual problem by using afterheat and low initial cost,short period and rapid revenue-should be provided.The NCPE(North China Power Engineering Co.,Ltd.)has designed and contracted the Afterheat Heating System in Beijing Yanshan Cement Plant by using the exhaust high temperature water with the manufacture and the Yanshan Cement Plant after investigation and repeatedly demonstration.This project worked on construction on 6th of August,in 2002 and put into operation for heating successfully on 12th of November in 2002.This is the first successful Afterheat heating project with the largest heating area by using exhaust gas in China.
